This tutorial will guide you through the steps to set up Geo-Routing Shortlink.
Geolocation setups allow experiences and custom URLs to be triggered based on the user's physical location. This method utilizes geographical coordinates to determine which content or destination to present, enabling personalized interactions where users receive tailored content depending on their location at the time of scanning.

Instructions:
Create a New Experience
- Firstly, click on the “New Experience” button. Once a pop-up appears, click on the ‘Dynamic Link’ option and then select ‘Choose Experience’.
Enter Experience Name
- A new menu will appear. Enter the ‘Experience Name’, click on the ‘Type’ field, and select ‘Geolocation’ from the dropdown menu.
Configure Geolocation Settings
- Once you select ‘Geolocation’, a new menu will appear.
- In the new menu, find the ‘Select Countries’ dropdown and select the country for which you want to display the experience.
- After selecting the country, scroll down to the ‘Destination Type’ field. You have two options: ‘Brij Experience’ and ‘Custom URL’. Select either option.
- In the ‘Destination’ field, click the dropdown to see all the experiences available in the brand. Select any experience of your choice.
Add Conditions
- To add more conditions, click the ‘Add Condition’ button.
- A new menu will appear. First, select a country in the ‘Country’ field, then select the ‘Destination Type’. Choose between ‘Brij Experience’ and ‘Custom URL’. If you select ‘Custom URL’, provide a ‘Redirect Link’ in the field below.
Set Fallback URL
- There is also an option for a ‘Fallback URL’. If a user is not from the specified location but scans the QR code, they will be directed to the chosen destination. If you select ‘Brij Experience’ in the ‘Destination Type’ as a fallback option, select a destination, and then click ‘Save’.
