Introduction:

This guide will walk you through the process of enabling multiple submissions per customer.

Instructions:

Navigate to the Module Option

• Access the side menu on your dashboard.
• Locate and click on the "Module" button to open the module menu.
• From the module menu, select the "Forms and Surveys" option.
• You can either create a new form or select an existing one from the Module Name dropdown.

Adjust Advanced Settings

• Scroll down to the Advanced Settings section.
• Unselect the checkbox labeled "Limit One Submission Per Customer."

Save Your Changes

• After making your adjustments, click Save to apply the changes.
• 🎉Congratulations! Your form is now configured to allow multiple submissions from users.
