This tutorial will guide you through the process of enabling Multiple Registrations in your experience. Follow the steps below.

Instructions:
Access the Registration Tab
- Open the brand dashboard and navigate to the side menu.
- -Click on the ‘Experiences’ tab and select an experience of your choice.
- In the experience pop-up, click on the ‘Registration/Sign-Up’ tab and scroll down to the ‘Advanced Settings’ section
Prerequisites
- Before enabling Multiple Registrations, you must first enable ‘Purchase Details’ or attach a form before registrations
Enable Purchase Details
- Click to enable ‘Purchase Details’.
- After enabling Purchase Details, additional fields will appear. Enable the necessary fields, such as ‘Name’, ‘Phone Number’, and ‘Purchase Date’.
- Also, enable the ‘Enable Multiple Registrations’ option.
- Save Your Settings
Enable Form Before Registration
- An alternative way to enable multiple registration is to enable form before registration. Here are the step-by-step instructions to enable a form before registration:
- Open the Registration tab. and click on the Edit button of the Registration tab.
- Select a form from Registration Form or Survey, or create a new one by clicking New Form Module.
- Go to Advanced Settings.
