Access the Experience
- Start by opening the experience of your preference and navigating to the 'Registration / Sign Up' tab.
- Inside your 'registration and email capture' module, click 'Advanced Settings'.
- Under the 'Purchase Detail' section, ensure that the necessary fields are appropriately configured, as these details are prerequisites for warranty activation.
Require Receipt Approval
- Activate the receipt approval process by checking the box for 'Require Receipt Approval'. Choose the approval method from the drop-down menu, ranging from manual approval to automated AI approval, with adjustable levels of strictness.
- Click the ‘Save’ button to save your progress.
