Prerequisite: UPC Requirement

Before importing the AB899 Test Results file, you must first add the UPC (Universal Product Code) for the product.

What is UPC?

• UPC stands for Universal Product Code.
• It is a 12-digit barcode used to identify and track trade items in stores.
• The UPC is unique to each product and is used for:
  • Inventory management
  • Sales tracking
  • Identifying products at the point of sale

How to Add a UPC

• Navigate to the left-hand side menu of the dashboard. and find and click on the "Test Results" tab. This will open a form to add a new product.
• Select the "Product Test" dropdown.
• Choose the "New Product" option to add a product and enter product details:
  • Product Name: Enter the name of the product.
  • UPC: Enter the 12-digit Universal Product Code.
  • Subcomponents (Optional): If the product has subcomponents, enter their UPCs from the dropdown
• After entering the details, click save.
