Prerequisite: UPC Requirement
Before importing the AB899 Test Results file, you must first add the UPC (Universal Product Code) for the product.
What is UPC?
- UPC stands for Universal Product Code.
- It is a 12-digit barcode used to identify and track trade items in stores.
- The UPC is unique to each product and is used for:
- Inventory management
- Sales tracking
- Identifying products at the point of sale

How to Add a UPC
- Navigate to the left-hand side menu of the dashboard. and find and click on the "Test Results" tab. This will open a form to add a new product.
- Select the "Product Test" dropdown.
- Choose the "New Product" option to add a product and enter product details:
- Product Name: Enter the name of the product.
- UPC: Enter the 12-digit Universal Product Code.
- Subcomponents (Optional): If the product has subcomponents, enter their UPCs from the dropdown
- After entering the details, click save.
