Accessing the Form & Survey Module

• Firstly, navigate to the side menu, and hover over the 'Module' option.
• In the further menu, click on the "Form & Survey" option.

Selecting a Form

• Select a form of your choosing, the responses of which you would like to see.
• Form and Survey pop-up menu opens.

Viewing Responses

• There is a "Responses" button present at the top.
• Click on that button.
• A Google Spreadsheet opens.
• 🎉 Congratulations, you can now view responses to your forms.
